Since 1967, Allen Olson, has been active in the development, construction, and brokerage of real estate. As the CEO of Rockmann Investments, L.L.C. and as an active investor and teacher, he has acquired investments of all kinds for his investors and himself. 

Mr. Olson has held a Washington real estate brokers license since 1967, and served as the Principal Broker for a full service commercial real estate firm. 

As a principal and managing partner, he has been involved in land development, shopping centers, single family residences, lot splits, subdivisions, apartments, and condominiums.

Timothy A. Hough

Accountant

 

An accountant since 1978 Timothy Hough has been the sole proprietor of an accounting service since 1982.  While maintaining his client base, Mr. Hough was an accountant for several large companies including the World Headquarters for Bank of America.

 

As Rockmann’s in-house accountant Mr. Hough handles all of the day to day accounting needs.

Jane Krock Hunt

Director of Marketing & Operations

Jane’s thirty five (35) years with JCPenney, working in six States and numerous management positions has given her skills that are beneficial to Rockmann Investments, long range strategic planning, finance administration, budgeting, cost control, team building and time management. Jane was the second woman Management Trainee in the Northeast Region, the youngest Regional Merchandiser in the Company, and the first woman Store Manager in the Seattle Market.

 

She was appointed to the specifically created position of Regional Sales Manager for Custom Decorating in the Southwest Region of the USA. Jane and three other Regional managers were given the task of fixing a Division that was losing eight million dollars a year. Their task was to “fix it” or “close it”. They were given five years, it took three years to go from an eight million dollars loss to a four million dollar profit.

 

Jane has served on the Town of Ruston Planning Commission and chaired the Town of Ruston Permit Task Force Committee.  She is currently serving as a Town of Ruston Council Member and sitting on the Rainier Communication Commission for Pierce County.
