Who We Are Rockmann Investments L.L.C. is a Washington State Limited Liability Company that operates out of Ruston, Washington, under a city and state business license. The company is a service oriented business providing quality real estate opportunities for investors and business owners. Rockmann has been developing projects for the past ten (10) years. Rockmann Investments has the benefit of a Board of Advisors comprised of; architects, engineers, lawyers, CPA’s, property mangers, leasing brokers, and contractors. This has consistently allowed us to have first hand professional input as to what “works”, which has saved us, and our clients, time and money. |

What We Do Rockmann’s area of expertise is developing and building commercial retail and office space in Washington State. Pictures of our projects are pictured throughout this web site. Our real estate development department is an experienced group of individuals with the capabilities to take a piece of property from acquisition through the governmental approval process, environmental concerns, architectural design, financing, and construction. The construction department specializes in the development of strip shopping centers, free standing retail and/or office buildings, and special projects. The leasing arm of Rockmann, Axiom Commercial Real Estate L.L.C., is a professional commercial real estate team experienced in working with national, regional, and local tenants on retail, office, and industrial space. The major focus of Rockmann’s leasing division is retail—from regional malls, to strip centers, to free standing buildings, and pad sites. Rockmann has experienced positive growth through Self Directed IRAs, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and individual investment portfolios. Our success has been in meeting the needs of individuals who see real estate as a viable alternative to other investment vehicles available in today’s market place by providing products and expertise that meet Federal law criteria. |
